Kitchen:

✔ Clean reachable fans (using a three-step ladder)
✔ Clean inside all cabinets and drawers
✔ Clean cabinet fronts (upon request)
✔ Clean inside and outside of the microwave
✔ Wipe and disinfect countertops and appliance exteriors
✔ Clean stove top and polish sink
✔ Clean baseboards, light switches, and hard surface floors (vacuum & mop)

This is an initial estimate. A member of our team will contact you to finalize your appointment details.

  • Our Team: We typically work in teams of three, though sometimes two technicians may be assigned.

  • Licensed & Insured: We are fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.

  • Supplies & Equipment: All necessary supplies and equipment are provided by us.

  • Additional Services: Pricing does not include extras (such as inside oven, fridge, cabinets, etc.).

Important Terms

  • Refund Policy: No monetary refunds are provided.

  • Home Requirements: The property must be completely free of trash, debris, and belongings. Running water, electricity, air conditioning, and heat must be available.

  • Contractors: We do not work while movers, cable companies, or repairmen are on-site. If contractors are present, we will leave, and the full cleaning fee will be charged.

  • Final Inspection: All cleanings must be inspected before our team leaves the premises. We do not offer re-cleaning services.
